International  screenplay writer and director, Jan Jung (46), has a vast variety of productions behind him. In his early twenties, and starting in his native Denmark, he embarked on a journey through almost all kind of productions in many capacities climbing steadily up through the ranks. Apart from Denmark, Jan Jung has worked and lived in Japan, Russia, England, South Africa, and Switzerland.

With two full-length feature films (one currently in post-production), several shorts, many documentaries, and two stage productions behind him, Jan Jung, is currently exploring 'The Brave New World of DV'.

"The ramifications of the digital revolution in both production and distribution are mind-boggling - and exhilarating," says Jan Jung. "However, if you want to stick to the classic, non-inter-active story structure, writing and directing remain steadfast!"

"Trained as an actor, having edited several films, written a pile of scripts, directed children, animals and professionals, and made all the mistakes in the book, I'm finally beginning to grasp some of the fundamentals in screenplay writing and directing!"

At home in Geneva, Switzerland, Jan Jung is busy writing first draft of an original spec script called "Talks with a Devil."
